today. first 3 periods. PE. did lots of warm ups. and then ran 2.4km. not NAPFA. juz trial. lol.
haizyo. my timing was 16.29 mins-.- . slowwww lahs. improved by 7secs frm lastlast wk PE 2.4km. last wk nvr run 2.4.
then recess. duty. zzz. vry tired.
