today swimming VERY tiring >.<
start = swim laps and laps of freestyle at the deep pool >.< out of breath ler...drink alot pool water -.- yucks...
then backstroke.....do and do....
today only do this 2 style lor....sian....vry tiring....
and we were the last grp to go n bathe/change agn >.<
sian lah....the coach..kp letting us out last -.-
then juz cm out of the toilet, go to the canteen ther, put down stuff and wear socks + shoes, mus go line up ler -.-

so in the end i same grp as derrick and weiheng, which is ok, but also wif KAIJUN and QIHANG -.-
the 6 ppl left out arhs, is qihang+her grp+edmund -.-
